As a family man who loves spending time with his kids, enjoying a barbecue with friends, surfing and getting outdoors by the coast, Mark understands the importance of home. He knows firsthand what it means to artfully build a calm and beautiful foundation where your family can grow and make memories. Having gone through the sales process time over, he also knows better than anyone just how intricate it can be. This has underpinned him with a fantastic background to sell Luxify’s creations directly.

Co Director and Founder of Coastal Luxe Realty and Luxify Designs with her husband Mark, Sharyn Latham-Callcott is an artisan of style, luxury and design.
After vacating the hustle and bustle of Sydney with her family to enjoy the blissful coastal ambiance of Noosa Waters, Sharyn was inspired to create and share the calm aesthetic she adored, for others.
Luxify Designs was her opportunity to conjure genuine and atmospheric sanctuaries that would serve a family for years to come.
Sharyn’s creative eye and considered approach allows her to curate beautiful interiors that embody luxury, peace, space and a deep connection to their natural landscape. She works only with a carefully selected and organic layered palette of neutrals, including materials of wood, stone and linen. Her passion for interior architecture and design, teamed with her background in business makes a fantastic foundation for her and Mark’s projects.
Together, they masterfully reconstruct residences within the Noosa region, to uplift the lifestyle and evoke a relaxed seaside vibe regardless of how close to the coast you may be.
